Each physical and Wellness Check-Up includes:
- History and physical
- Blood chemistry (including thyroid panel and measurement of vitamin D)
Physicals are age-based and depending on age, your physical may also include:
- Lung function study
- Peripheral vascular exam
- Hormone analysis
- Studies for osteoporosis
- More detailed blood chemistry laboratories
Recommendations may include:
- Exercise for both musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems
- Dietary changes
- Nutritional supplementation
- Stress management
- Immediate intervention
- Other lifestyle changes
