Payment in full for services rendered is required at the time of your visit. We accept payment for services by cash, check, and credit or debit card.
Insurance
Holistic Health and Wellness no longer files private pay insurance. NC State Employees Insurance as well as most other plans have co-pays that are larger than Holistic Health and Wellness’s Time of Service Discount. Consequently, this change will minimally effect patients with private pay insurance. Regular Medicare is filed as a courtesy with reimbursement going to the patient from Medicare. I am not on any of the Advantage plans but I do honor the Medicare rate for the chiropractic treatment.
Appointments
Please keep your appointment. Appointments that are missed by you are appointments that another patient could have used to help alleviate their pain and suffering. Please be respectful of others and give as much notice as possible. While we do not charge for missed appointments, repeated missed appointments without prior notice will result in dismissal.
